Asthma:
Asthma is an inflammatory lung disease characterized by shortness of breath, wheezing, coughing, and tightness in the chest. Asthma is considered an obstructive lung disease because it causes narrowing of the airways, but proper treatment of asthma can reverse the obstruction.
