LOGGING IN TO DOWNLOAD YOUR BOOK:
You MUST be logged in FIRST for the link to work.

You are successfully logged into the site if you can see the "Welcome First Name" personal greeting in the right-hand column of our website.

THEN you can click on your PDF download links in your confirmation email.

READING THE FILE:
You will require a copy of Acrobat Reader for your PC or MAC in order to read your FREE Special Report.

Our PDF files are formatted for Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher. Please click here if you require a copy of Acrobat Reader. This will open a new window on your machine. Choose your type of computer, PC or MAC, and your operating system. New PCs run Windows XP, new MACs run OS 10.

PC User notes:

AOL, Internet Explorer 7.0, and other new Internet browsers with built-in security features:

If you are definitely logged in to the site, and encounter any trouble accessing your book from your email link, please make sure that all pop-up blocker software on your computer is turned OFF so that you can access your book.

You may download your White Papers and/or free Special Reports by "right-clicking" on each link and selecting "Save Target as" from the popup menu. Make sure you "right click" and save it to your computer FIRST. Just clicking on the link in the regular way will result in the file opening, but not in it saving onto your computer.

This screenshot is an example of the popup menu that will appear when you hover your mouse over the link and right click.

AOL Users: To save your PDF, please click on the SAVE button all the way on the left side of the screen, just above your PDF window, the button which looks like a small computer disk.

MAC User notes:

Please note that the PDF files should open automatically in the Explorer and Safari browsers. Those using Netscape or Firefox, clicking on the link will download the file onto your computer. To save it in a specific area, for example, your desktop, hold down the link until the menu appears, and choose "Save As" or "Save Link As."

A note about Operating Systems

Most new PCs run Windows XP. If you are not sure of your operating system on your PC, click on the "Start" menu at the bottom left hand corner of your computer. When the menu bar pops up, choose "Settings". In the next menu that appears, choose "Control Panel". A new window will open on your screen. Choose "System," and a gray box will appear. On the "General" tab, you will find full details about your computer and its operating system.

For MAC users, click on the picture of the apple in the upper left hand corner of your screen, and choose "About this MAC." The screen which appears will indicate the exact version of your MAC operating system, for example, OS X, 10.3.6.
